Our support team is always on-hand for any problems you encounter. If you have any questions or need help, you can use the simple form on our "Contact Us" page. Within 24 hours, a live representative will get back to you, and they will personally help resolve your problem.
How do I get started?
Creating a cash registry is simple and free. The "Get Started" button is prominently displayed on the home page. You'll see a short form asking for your name, email address and password. The hardest part of signing up will be cherry-picking the perfect domain name and event title! Then just look for the email verifying your user name and website address. That's all it takes: You won't have to provide any personal information or banking information until you are ready to collect your funds.

How can I personalize my website?
There are many ways for you to make your website truly your own. The best part is that any part of your website can be changed at any time, so you can keep playing with the look and feel until its perfect.
How can I make the design my own?
All you have to do to access your Dashboard, which is chock-full of tools to help you create a gorgeous designer website. You can start with our professionally designed template, but if you're feeling like you want something that is truly one-of-a-kind, you can choose absolutely everything from scratch. Choose a background, a banner design, font color and style, and then add your own photos. If you love one of our templates, but you still want your website to be unique to you, we offer you the tools to customize and tweak the templates as well.
Can I use my own pictures?
Every bride knows that the photos are one of the most important parts of a website: They tell the story of you and your fiancé, and the memories your photos provide will last long after the party and the gifts. Use our Photo Gallery to upload your engagement photos, family pictures, special times like your baby's first year, or important events like your engagement party or bridal shower.
Where do I put event information?
We know that coordinating guests isn't always a bowl of cherries, so we've taken extra care to make it easy for you and your guests to find your event's information. Use the Event Details section to enter when, where and how. Add contact information and RSVP instructions to make sure that everyone is in the know. If your guests are from out of town or have trouble finding their way around, don't worry! All you have to do is enter your venue information, and we'll automatically generate a map that takes a couple clicks to print out. You'll have no more late and lost guests calling for directions!
How do I make my registry?
Get a jump start on your Wish List by using our templates. With our system, you're in complete control: You set the amount of the donation for each item on your list, and you decide how many of each item you want. There won't be any confusion for your loved ones. All they have to do is glance at your list, and they'll be able to choose exactly how they want to support you. If you need to invite more guests, just enter their names and email addresses and relax - we take care of everything else!
I love these pages! Can I have more?
Your website will automatically include a home page and wish list, but you can add so much more! You can choose to add buttons so that guests can access your photo gallery, event details and guest book. Add your own pages to tell your story, blog about your preparations for the big event, publicly thank guests for their generosity or anything else you can think of. No matter what you come up with, the page titles and menu options are 100 percent customizable.

When will my site be visible to my guests?
The second you register, your website will be live and accessible. Just fill out your event information and start sending invitations - no printer, stamps or standing in line at the post office required. Bowl of Cherries takes the waiting out of invitations, and that's a sweet perk!
How do I invite guests to my registry?
At Bowl of Cherries, we provide every tool you could think of to manage your guests. To start, all you have to do is add your contacts' information. Then, select which guests you want to invite, hit send and relax! We'll send your guests a personalized email that contains your name, your event and a link to your personal website (kristensengagement.bowlofcherries.com).
What happens when someone gives me a gift?
Gift Tracking not only tracks what you've received, but it keeps that information paired with the gift giver's contact information. You can email them an evite and Bowl of Cherries keeps track of addresses too! There are no fees applied to the bride. You will receive 100% of a contribution. Standard Google transaction fees of 2.9% apply plus a $2.00 transaction fee from Bowl of Cherries are applied at checkout to the guest. When you are ready to cash out, you have the option of direct deposit into PayPal or a check sent in the mail. You simply go into your dashboard and click on “funds,” then “withdraw funds.”
How can I see my RSVP responses?
The RSVP tool lets you count guests and track attendance without having to do any counting. You'll never have to guesstimate your event size. On your Dashboard, select "Manage Guest" on the side menu and then click on "My RSVP". When you click the "View Responses" link, we'll show you a summary of the responses.
I’m also sending out paper invitations for my event. What do you offer?
If want to send your guests something tangible, but you're already in love with the design and feel of your website, we've taken care of it. We offer Designer Invitations for purchase that have been coordinated with our website themes.
Help! Do you offer any other tools to help plan my event?
Big events are no walk in the cherry tree orchard, so we have tools that go beyond the registry. Our Table Chart lets you organize guest seating so easily that you'll spend more time finding a seat for your eccentric aunt than you'll spend on our chart. You've got a lot to take care of, so we even have a Task Manager for you. You can sort your to-dos by priority, status and due date. It's so easy, even your husband-to-be could use it.
How much does the registry and all of these bonuses cost?
Your Bowl of Cherries cash registry is absolutely free. At check out, your guests will be charged a transaction fee from Google and a handling fee from Bowl of Cherries, which is less than sales tax. Will my Registry Website Expire?
With Bowl of Cherries, the website is yours as long as you want to keep it! Just because your event has happened does not mean you won't want our organizational tools anymore. You can continue to share pictures, stories and updates with your guests, and it's a piece of cherry pie to change your website from a wedding registry to anything from a baby shower site to an annual holiday site. As long as your site is not dormant for 6 months, it'll stay up and running.
Do I need a hosting company for my registry website?
Bowl of Cherries takes care of all the hosting. We know that weddings and other large events are expensive, so we provide this at no cost to you!
Will my registry be cluttered with pop ups and advertisement?
Cherries have pits, but our site sure doesn't! Your registry will look like a private website with no advertising or pop ups. All you'll see is our name at the bottom of your pages so that your friends and family can make their own accounts once they see how much you've done with yours.
How do I protect my gifts and private information from third parties and hackers?
Bowl of Cherries has taken the danger out of Internet transactions. Your Dashboard can only be accessed with your username and password. Your password is encrypted, and it's not stored anywhere, so we don't even know what it is! Though you should make sure that your password is impossible for others to guess, if you think that your account has been compromised, it's easy to change your password by clicking "Edit Account Details" on your Control Panel. When you want to access your gifts or donations, we'll ask you a series of security questions that you chose when you first set up your account.
What can I do if I forget my username and password?
It's the pits to lose a password! If you've forgotten your password, just click on the "Forgot Password?" link. Our system will email you an email immediately. This will give you the option to create a new password. If you're still having trouble logging in, check your Caps Lock. Passwords are case sensitive. Often times if you create a password from your iPhone, it will automatically capitalize the first letter. Check to see if your browser has cookies enabled. You'll need these to log into your Control Panel.

How do I remove pages from my registry website?
You can control all of your content from your Dashboard. Each page has an active feature. You can use it to either edit or deactivate pages.
Can I combine other registries with my Bowl of Cherries registry?
We believe that, when it comes to registries, it's best to put all your cherries in one bowl. All it takes is one click to select your other gift registries from our list of popular sites and add a link to your Bowl of Cherries page. If you don't see your registry on our list, you can quickly add it by pasting a link into the "Add New Registry" column.

How do I add photos to my website?
Just click "Manage Photo Gallery" on your Dashboard. Choose "Add Photo" and browse for the image from your computer or camera. Once your photos are uploaded, you can edit them, delete them or rearrange them to get the perfect order. The cherry on top is that you can use an unlimited number of photos in your gallery!
What are the size and format requirements for my photos?
Our site works with .gif, .jpg or .jpeg files. The maximum size for pictures is 300 x 300
